Digital Literacy Instructors
Our digital literacy instructors open doors for community members by helping them gain confidence with technology in today’s digital world. They understand that computers and online tools can feel intimidating, so they create a supportive environment. Instruction is led by Tyler Provencher, Program Coordinator for the Greater Franklin Digital Literacy Initiative, and Ernest Steward, who travels to libraries to bring the same high-quality support directly into the community. Courses cover a wide range of topics, including the basics, telehealth, AI, and social media.
