The HOPE Program, through the Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), is designed to help income-eligible parents and caregivers go back to school or training so they can move into good-paying jobs. HOPE removes many of the financial barriers that make it hard to start or finish an education. Going back to school as a parent isn’t easy — but you don’t have to do it alone. HOPE provides both financial help and personalized support, so you can focus on your education and your family at the same time. Many of our students have used HOPE to make their training possible. If you think you might qualify, it’s worth applying.
