Gain the skills employers are looking for.

The WorkReady Credential is a certificate that demonstrates your readiness for the workplace — and employers across Maine recognize it. This program is designed for adults who want to enter the workforce, change careers, or enhance their skills confidence. With support from instructors, you’ll practice the professional habits employers expect, like showing up on time, working as part of a team, and communicating clearly. By the end of the program, you’ll have not only the credential but also the confidence to apply for jobs, interview successfully, and succeed in industries like retail, customer service, hospitality, manufacturing, and healthcare support. Employers know that WorkReady graduates are reliable, motivated, and ready to contribute on day one.
