Maine Development Foundation: Champion of Education & Workforce Development

Spruce Mountain Adult Education’s student enrollment increased 173% over a three-year period signaling a greater need to create and emphasize a holistic approach to adult education services in Maine. Robyn and the team place great importance on wrap-around services, working with the local community to ensure learners of all ages and backgrounds have access to resources, with the end goal of alleviating barriers to success. They work with disenfranchised populations using continuing education as a catalyst for change, specifically providing workforce education pathways to eliminate multigenerational poverty.

Jay- Livermore- Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce: Organization of The Year Award

This award will recognize a Chamber business positively impacting the Jay, Livermore, and Livermore Falls communities. Positive impacts might include supporting employees in volunteerism, adding jobs within the community, making monetary contributions that go towards advancing our area's future, or any other achievements.
